Sales representatives, equipped with tablets, can now perform real-time financing calculations and provide side-by-side model comparisons for potential buyers.

Customers benefit from a simplified process, no longer needing to submit physical documents. Instead, they can securely provide credit information via MyInfo on their mobile devices. Changes to applications, such as updates to the COE amount, are submitted digitally through ARC to the financier. When approved, the status is automatically sent to sales reps via email or SMS through ARC’s integrated API.

ARC also enhances management oversight, allowing sales managers to track all submitted applications from their teams, ensuring a more transparent and efficient process.
