Parking

Digital signage guides the customer to their designated parking spot. Parking sensors confirm when the vehicle is parked and notify workshop and reception staff of the customer’s arrival.

Workshop Tracking

Provides real-time status updates on service stages, including estimated completion time. The customer app allows for direct communication with the advisor via live chat.

Preparation

Vehicle entering car-washing stage will trigger completion notification to customer. Digital signages provides guidance to workshop staff to the designated parking lot. Customer can make payment via the customer app.

The LPR system registers the customer’s exit, automatically sending a notification to request a post-service rating and feedback.
